A large number of reputed institutions in India are struggling to deliver quality Doctoral work for several reasons. The IIUELR intends to strengthen research culture and would prioritise creating high-quality Ph.D./LL.D. work. It intends to admit students from India and abroad after adequate screening and, if necessary, the IIULER will also extend limited financial support to the needy and deserving candidates for finishing their research work under supervision of experienced experts of the subject(s). Soon after the completion of admissions in PG, UG, and Bridge-Course programmes, the admission process for Ph.D./LL.D and other courses will commence.
