India International University Law Entrance Test (IIULET) - INSTRUCTIONS
Eligibility Criteria:-
1. There will be no upper age limit for UG Programme in IIULET 2023.
2. As regards minimum percentage of marks in the qualifying
examination (i.e., 10+2 or an equivalent examination), the candidates
must have secured:
i. Forty five percent (45%) marks or its equivalent grade in case
of candidates belonging to General / OBC / NRI / PIO /
OCI categories
ii. Forty Percent (40%) marks or equivalent in case of candidates
belonging to SC/ST / PWD categories.
3. Candidates who have appeared in the class 12 th (qualifying
examination for PG) and in LL.B (qualifying examination for UG) in
2023 are also eligible to appear in IIULET 2023 examination.
However, they shall be required to produce an evidence of their
passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission, failing
which they shall lose their right to be considered for admission.
4. The result of the qualifying examination (i.e., 10+2 & LL.B as the case
may be) shall be submitted by the candidate at the time of admission
failing which the candidate shall be ineligible for admission to the
Course.
5. In case of equal marks, the break of tie shall be by the following
procedure and order as under:
a. Higher marks in the component / section on legal aptitude in the
IIULET 2023 exam;
b. Computerised draw of lots.
The following instructions should be read by every applicant before filling the
registration form for PG and UG degree courses for admission into
IIULER( India International University of Legal Education and Research,
Goa)
* The candidates are advised to go through the admission notification
carefully and acquaint themselves with all requirements in respect to filling
up of the Online Registration Form.
* It will be the sole responsibility of the candidate to make sure that he/she
is eligible and fulfils all the conditions prescribed for admission in a
particular programme. The registration fee paid is not
refundable.
* Incomplete registration form will be summarily rejected and no request will
be entertained in this regard.
* Name of the Candidate: Candidates should type his / her Name as given
in Class X or equivalent certificate. If your name has several initials, leave
one blank after each of them.
* Email address/Mobile Number: Candidates should type his/her correct
mobile number and the email id which will be used for sending various
communications related to IIULET 2023.
* Name of Father / Mother: Type the name of your Father or Mother
exactly as in your Class X or equivalent certificate.
* Date of Birth: Enter the date, month and year of your birth as per English
calendar and as recorded in your School / Board (Class - X) / Pre-
University examination certificate.
* Gender: Select the correct option.
* Category: Select the appropriate option for your categories - SC, ST,
OBC, General Category certificate to be verified during
admission/counselling process.
* Centre Choice Details: Select any three centres of your choice in order
of preference.
* Contact and Family Details: Please provide your proper contact and
family details in the fields provided.
* Contact details - Address: Give your complete address including the
STATE, DISTRICT, CITY AND PIN CODE. Candidates are required to
enter correct Mobile Numbers of parents and email address at which the
SMS/communication will be sent.
* Academic Qualification: Enter your qualifying examinations and fill the
requested information. Percentage (%)/ CGPA should be entered manually
where appropriate.
* Photograph & signature of the Candidate:
(i.) The candidate should upload his/her passport size photograph and
coloured with white background. Size of image should not be more than 1
MB.
(ii.) Passport size photograph to be uploaded should not have a candidate
wearing cap, goggles etc. (Spectacles are allowed). The face of the
candidate should cover about 75% of the photograph. The photograph
must clearly show the face of the candidate in the preview box/page.
(iii.) Image should be .jpg/jpeg/png format.
(iv.) The candidate should also upload his/ her scanned signature.
Signature should be clear and without overwriting on white paper sheet
with Black/Blue pen within a box 6x3 cms (width*height). Size of image
should not be more than 1MB.
(v.) The scanned signature should be in .jpg/jpeg/png format only.
(vi.) The candidate should keep two identical photographs with him/ her, in
reserve, which may be used at the time of Entrance Test/ Counselling/
Admission (if required).
* The candidate will be solely responsible for all the consequences arising
out of any error or omission in the Registration Form.
* Before submission of online application, candidates are requested to
check their details entered in the form.
* Candidate will pay requisite registration fee through any DEBIT/ CREDIT
CARDs, /UPI and Net Banking etc. After successful payment of the
registration fee, an acknowledgement receipt will be generated in the login.
* List of documents to be uploaded while filling the application form:
a. Photograph (Max Size : 1 MB)
b. Signature (Max Size : 1 MB)
c. Passport (if you belong to a Foreign National category) (Max Size: 2 MB)
d. Education Documents
* Candidate will be required to produce the following documents/certificate
in original at the time of admission/counselling process:
In case of Under-Graduate Courses:
a. Mark Statements and passing Certificate of Class XII and X.
b. Latest Character Certificate from School Authority
c. Valid certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Persons with Disability/EWS.
In case of Post-Graduate Courses:
a. Mark Statements and passing Certificate of Class XII and X
b. Mark Statements of LL.B and LL.B degree
c. Latest Character Certificate from last institution
d. Transfer Certificate, if required
e. Valid certificate of SC/ST/OBC/ Persons with Disability/EWS.
